We met Kameron and Kyle and their family several years ago, and we really enjoyed being able to photograph their senior sessions.  It turned out to be a beautiful day out at Lake Las Vegas, and we hope they had a great time too!

Horba Family

With the holidays, I am somewhat behind on my blogging, and  I hope with the new year, I will get somewhat better.  In December, we had the pleasure of photographing the Horba Family, Dale, Katie, Zach and Maddy.  Katie wanted a real "winter" setting, so we decided to go to Mt. Charleston.  However, the weather didn't cooperate, and it was probably the only time all winter when it was so cold and windy that we had to make alternate plans.  As you can see from the pictures, it didn't matter where we photographed this beautiful family, as they had fun, and so did we!

Macy's Gala on Saturday

On July 24th we had the privilege of photographing 2 day old Madeleine.  Her dad was leaving the next day to serve our country in Afghanistan, so we wanted to make sure her first portraits were including Daddy.

Here are a few from her first session.  We hope to do many more of this wonderful family through the years.

Rock "N" Row

We went to Lake Las Vegas yesterday to take pictures of our wonderful friends team for the Dragon Boat Races at the second annual "Rose Regatta" on Oct. 16th.   This event raises money for breast cancer and is sponsored by St. Rose De Lima hospital.  We have an event in LA to photograph the day of the event, so we could not participate.  They started out a little shaky, but by the end of the practice session they looked like pros!  We had a great time and the weather was beautiful.  Next year we hope to be able to part of the team, if they will let us!
